As a high-volume clinic, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for appointments. While we truly appreciate the willingness of our public to seek spay/neuter services for their pets, please understand that due to high demand, we may have limitations on the number of patients we can see.

To ensure the best care for our patients, we do not schedule appointments over the phone. Attempts to make phone appointments will be referred immediately to our website for service.

  • Frequently Asked Questions
    1. Do you offer appointments over the phone?
      We do not offer appointments over the phone at this time. Attempts for phone appointments will be referred to the online appointment request form
    2. Does my pet require anything prior to the appointment?
      Your pet’s vaccine history must meet the requirements described in the the AAHA Dog Guidelines & AAHA Cat Guidelines. Otherwise, your appointment request will be denied.
    3. Do you offer any other services besides spay and neuter services?
      Due to high demand of spay/neuter services, we are not providing any wellness or vaccine clinic services at this time. Please reach out to a local primary care veterinarian for these services.
    4. What if I can’t get in for an appointment right away?
      While we value each and every customer, we unfortunately are a very high volume clinic and accept appointments on a first-come, first-serve basis without exception. We will do our best to accommodate each appointment within a timely manner.
    5. What forms of payment do you take?We ONLY accept credit card payments in the form VISA or Mastercard. We do not accept any other payment types at this time, and cannot accept cash payments.
    6. How much should I expect to pay for my pet’s spay/neuter service?
      Our prices vary. Please refer to our pricing list in the previous section.
