The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Western University of Health Sciences prepares the next generation of healthcare leaders to manage complex organizations, drive system-level change, and advance equitable, high-quality care.
Designed for early- and mid-career professionals, this fully online program combines healthcare management expertise with a strong foundation in leadership, ethics, fiscal responsibility, and humanism. Students develop a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and gain the skills needed to balance cost, access, and quality while leading in diverse healthcare environments.
The MHA curriculum is competency-based and aligned with the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME), preparing graduates for leadership roles across hospitals, health systems, community-based organizations, and other healthcare settings.
