Eva Badouin, MS

B.S. in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.

M.S. in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Capella University.

Eva Badouin, MS is the Senior Director of Student Services for the College of Graduate Nursing. Her major roles include co-chairing the college's Recruitment & Marketing Advisory Committee and the Admissions Standards Committee. Eva works in collaboration with the University Admissions department to identify and coordinate college-specific recruitment and marketing opportunities. She supports the ongoing work of standardizing and operationalizing evidence-based holistic admission processes for all college programs. She also works closely with the college's Associate Dean of Student Affairs in regard to college orientation and other student services related activities.

Eva received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and her Master of Science degree in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Capella University. She has been with the university for over 20 years with experience working in the Registrar, Student Affairs, and Recruitment Offices.
