Dr. Kendra Cherry-Allen is a physical therapist and neurorehabilitation scientist. Her background is in movement science, with specific expertise in neurorehabilitation after stroke, motor learning, and post-stroke locomotion. She has successfully collaborated with interdisciplinary teams on multiple projects and generated numerous peer-reviewed research products. Her work has been funded by university, Foundation, and NIH sources. Dr. Cherry-Allen's current line of research focuses on addressing a fundamental and under-studied element of neurological rehabilitation – how to improvereal-world mobility in people with and without stroke.
