WHAT INSPIRES ME
I have been a part of the Western University of Health Sciences community since 2019 and joined the LEAD Office in 2024 as an Administrative Associate II. What inspires me most is life itself—its challenges, its growth, and our incredible ability to overcome even the hardest moments.
In my role, I truly enjoy encouraging students and supporting them however they need in the moment—whether that’s offering guidance, a listening ear, a safe space to breathe, or simply reminding them that they are not alone. I believe that sometimes the smallest acts of care can make the biggest difference, and I’m grateful to be someone students can lean on during their journey at WesternU.
WELLBEING
MIND -
I enjoy keeping my mind engaged through puzzles and games such as mysteries, word searches, Wordle, Solitaire, FreeCell, and Spider Solitaire. These moments of mental challenge help me stay curious and focused.
BODY -
Staying active is an important part of my routine. I enjoy going to the gym, running outdoors, and hiking—especially when I can reconnect with nature and clear my head.
SELF -
Over time, I’ve learned that solitude is not a negative thing and does not equate to loneliness. Solo walks, hikes, beach trips, or even moments of doing nothing at all allow me to recenter, breathe, and recharge.
SOCIAL -
I value meaningful connections and enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as trying new experiences whenever I can.
INTERESTS/HOBBIES
Outside of my role at WesternU, I am a Licensed Esthetician. I’m passionate about empowering individuals with skin concerns to live their best lives and regain confidence—not just in their skin, but in who they are as a whole person, from the inside out. I truly believe that skincare is a form of mental care, and that feeling good in your skin can positively impact overall wellbeing.
