    Vehicle Use
    Use of University vehicles is limited to official university business. If your department will require the use of one of these vehicles, Risk Management requires that we request the drivers’ current DMV report along with a copy of their current driver license. The driver will be required to fill out a “Vehicle Use Report.” Vehicle use requests may be made by e-mail to facilities@westernu.edu. Please include department, reason for use, driver name, date, pickup and return time.

    To request non-emergency service, submit a TDX Service Request Form.

    The Customer Service Office is open Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and can be reached at Ext. 5258 or (909) 469-5258 or by email at facilities@westernu.edu.

    For after hour electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning emergencies (after 5 pm Monday thru Friday, holidays, or weekends), call Campus Security at Ext. 3000 or (909) 706-3000.
