Student Parking Options

Western University of Health Sciences California campus offers the following parking permit options for the 2023/2024 academic year.

  • Semester Parking Permit, Automobile ($118.00) valid 7/1/23 – 12/31/23
  • Semester Motorcycle Permit ($59.00) valid 7/1/23 – 12/31/23
  • Annual Parking Permit, Automobile ($235.00) valid 7/1/23 – 6/30/24
  • Annual Motorcycle Permit ($118.00) valid 7/1/23 – 6/30/24

Students at our Oregon campuses are not required to purchase a parking permit.

Student parking permits (daily, semester, annual) are now available for online purchase through CASHNet.

Parking permit and daily permit spaces can be located on the Campus Parking Map. Student Lot assignments are subject to change due to campus construction projects. Students will be notified via their WesternU e-mail of any changes to the Student Lots. Parking permit fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Students may also utilize daily parking permit spaces in lieu of purchasing an annual or semester parking permit. Daily permits can be purchased in-person at the Campus Store, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, or at one of the daily parking permit dispensers.     Student parking can be located on the campus map.

    I’m attending the Lebanon, Oregon campus. Am I required to purchase a parking permit?

    Students attending the Oregon campuses are not required to purchase a parking permit.

    I purchased a parking permit and have changed vehicles. How do I update my vehicle information?

    If you have a new vehicle, please e-mail your name, student ID number, license plate number, as well as the make/model/year of your vehicle to bursarsoffice@westernu.edu.

    I’m currently in the clinical portion of my education and only need to park on campus for a short period of time. Are there parking permits available for a prorated amount?

    Daily permits are available in-person at the Campus Store or a parking permit dispenser (see campus map). Fall semester and annual permits are available for purchase on-line.

    I will be living at the Daumier while attending WesternU. Do I still need to purchase a parking permit?

    Students who are residents of the Daumier will not need to purchase a student parking permit. Parking is included as part of the student rental agreement.
