Health Career Ladder

Western University of Health Sciences’ Health Career Ladder is a pathway fostering the progress of K-12 students and their parents/guardians from the Lebanon, Pomona, and Native American communities in becoming skilled and compassionate health care practitioners in a variety of medical and health care professions. Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) hopes that the program will be able to provide support, linkage, and mentorship to a child throughout their pursuit of a career in medicine.
