Dr. Robin Farias-Eisner was appointed president of WesternU effective March 1, 2022. President Farias-Eisner has a decorated academic pedigree that includes a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from UCLA, a Medical Doctorate degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Molecular Biology Institute at UCLA, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. Dr. Farias-Eisner is Professor Emeritus at the University of California.
