Many technical issues can be resolved remotely. Technical support is available by phone outside of our traditional business hours for urgent support issues. Our after-hours support partner can provide real-team technical assistance with most technical support requests. They will create tickets for follow-up, and escalate critical business and education-impacting emergencies to members of the WesternU IT team that cannot be resolved by the technician on the call.
