Remote Access to Electronic Resources

• Remote Access Form: Request remote access to the library’s online resources
  • Submit the form after you receive your clinical faculty appointment from University Academic Affairs
  • Once your application is approved, you will be issued a username and password. Passwords will expire after one year, at which time you will need to resubmit the application.
