COMP-Northwest students:

• All checks can be dropped off to Brittany Goe at College of Health Sciences Building, 2665 S. Santiam Hwy, Lebanon, OR  97355. For college or club deposits, please fill out the corresponding deposit form.  (Forms are located at her office or available for download from the website.)  For student payments, please make sure that your student ID is on the check.
