The Pumerantz Library’s reference staff is available to meet faculty and staff for a customized research consultation or instructional session.
The Office Call service includes help with

Schedule an Office Call
Office calls are by appointment only and should be made 24 – 48 hours in advance. Be sure to indicate you would like the call to take place in your office!
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm
- Friday: 8 am to 6 pm
- Saturday: 11 am to 7 pm

Who is eligible to request an Office Call?
This service is available to the faculty & staff of the colleges located on the Pomona campus of Western University of Health Sciences.
Where can the Office Call take place?
For one-on-one service, a reference librarian can visit you at your departmental office or laboratory. For small group meetings, arrangements should be made by the college’s resource scheduler to meet at a university meeting room.
How long can an office call be?
Office calls can be arranged depending on your needs. Meetings or instruction can be for as little as 15 minutes & up to 1 full hour or more if necessary.
