How to Find Available Rentals:

We are pleased to offer you a online database of private rental listings that are only viewable by WesternU students. This database is a housing referral service and is available as a courtesy only. The University assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by property owners or other third parties, and each student should independently verify the condition of any property, its amenities, security arrangements and the like. Under no circumstances shall the University have any responsibility, or be liable for damages, losses, injuries or liabilities of any nature relating to any housing provided by third parties.

All students are reminded to be mindful of the potential for fraudulent rental scams, and to take common sense steps to protect against becoming a victim. It is the student’s responsibility to verify legitimacy. Never send money to someone you’ve never met in person for an apartment you haven’t seen (e.g. Venmo, Zelle, Wire Transfer). How to Find Available Roommates:

We are pleased to offer an online listing of students seeking a roommate.

• Log in to the My.WesternU.edu
• Find “Student Services” card
• Select “Housing Resources”
• Use your WesternU credentials to log into BanWeb (if needed)
• Select “Roommate Requests”
• Complete a “Roommate Request Form”

*Important*

The first time you log on you will be required to complete a roommate request form. You must complete this form and University Student Affairs must approve your posting before you can view information on other students who are looking for a roommate. You will be notified by email when your information has been posted (usually within 1-2 working days). You may then return to view the list of other students who are searching for a roommate.

In an effort to keep the database up to date, we kindly request that you remove your name from the database after you find your roommate.
