The DaumierLocal Apartment Complexes

There are a variety of housing options available to you as a WesternU student. WesternU offers an online listing of available rentals both local to the campus as well as nationwide for our students on rotations! The listings are available to the WesternU community through the Banweb system, once logged on, select Housing menu.

For your convenience, we’ve put together a list of apartments in Pomona. California and the following surrounding cities: San Dimas & La Verne, Claremont, Chino Hills & Diamond Bar, West Covina, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. If you are not familiar with Pomona, view the area map to see locations in relation to campus.

For our WesternU Oregon students we’ve provided a list in Lebanon, Oregon. You may also wish to search for rentals in neighboring towns; AlbanyCorvallis and Sweet Home are approximately 15 to 20 miles from Lebanon.

Note: Western University of Health Sciences provides a housing and moving referral service as a courtesy to its students.

However, the University assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by property owners or other third parties, and each student should independently verify the condition of any property, its amenities, security arrangements and the like. Under no circumstances shall the University have any responsibility, or be liable for damages, losses, injuries or liabilities of any nature relating to any housing provided by third parties.

All students are reminded to be mindful of the potential for fraudulent rental scams, and to take common sense steps to protect against becoming a victim. It is the student’s responsibility to verify legitimacy. Never send money to someone you’ve never met in person for an apartment you haven’t seen (e.g. Venmo, Zelle, Wire Transfer).
