    Process for approval:

    1. Create your own logo/design. If using official WesternU logos, you can access those files here: University PhotoShelter.
    2. Submit your logo/design to University Student Affairs (USA): studentaffairs@westernu.edu
      1. If your design features any WesternU logo as a standalone design (i.e., no other designs featured on the item), the Campus Store must provide approval. USA will send your design to the Campus Store.
    3. Once approval is received by USA, you can purchase your items for your club/SGA. Please include your emailed approval with any reimbursements that may be submitted to USA.
