Color Guidelines
WesternU’s Official University Colors are Burgundy and White.
The University colors were chosen in a University-wide survey in Fall 2016 and are equal in importance to the graphic identity elements in identifying the University.
Digital Applications
The website colors launched with the redesign in 2021 should be used for all applications where the design is to be seen digitally, on any type of screen. An additional burgundy color was added during the design study for the website redesign. This allows for greater flexibility and modernization of design for all applications. However, WesternU Burgundy remains the University’s primary, official color.
